OrderUp, a Fabrizio Tech product, provides participating businesses with a website and an online order-ahead system. Orders placed through OrderUp are prepared by and paid to the business itself. OrderUp does not process customer payments.
Businesses pay a one-time setup fee and subscribe monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; service continues through the period already paid.
Do not use OrderUp to submit false orders, harvest data, probe or disrupt the service, or interfere with other businesses on the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.
Menus, prices, and hours are entered and maintained by each business. The price you pay is the price the register charges at pickup, which may include tax not shown in the online estimate.
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabrizio Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior three months.
